You have a vacuum assist brake booster (see arrow in image) and not a hydroboost.
I think the diesels came with hydroboost, so they needed the extra connections as they used the steering pump to power fluid to the hydroboost via extra hoses.

It is likely it got pulled from a similar vehicle that had hydroboost.
I recognize it because with a blower cam, there was not enough vacuum generated. We modified my power steering pump to handle the extra connections when adding hydroboost.
