I believe there are two main reasons why NECOA/ECC has been successful for so long, and those are (1) the individual members who are eager to help a fellow member by sharing their experience and information, and helping to locate parts, and (2) the Association officers (and volunteers) who work hard to both promote NECOA/ECC and to serve the needs of the organization. Every member here does at least a little something to help make this group the success it is, so everyone deserves a pat on the back (admittedly, of course, some more than others), even if what they do is just to bite their tongue to keep the group from experiencing the rampant discord that so often rips apart online-based groups like ours.

Maybe that's because all of us, just like the particular vehicle we all love, have the ability to both cruise along smoothly and also carry the load when it's required. Keep on truckin', NECOA/ECC!
