I am considering a Doug Nash/Richmond 5 speed.
Just wanted to get opinions on price. I have a 1964 Muncie M-20(believed) that was totally refurbished by a pro speed shop in NJ. Hurst shifter attached. Trans is still tight due to very low miles sjnce rebuild. Less than 2K.
I see these for sale on the net from 999 to $1500.
If I offer it up I want to get fair value.

Does anyone here have experience installing a Richmond trans? Other than changing out the clutch disc I don't know if the shifter will locate in the same spot and length of driveshaft.
Sure could use some expertise. I have an opportunity to pick one up reasonably.

IIRC the DN 4+1s are like 4 inches longer in the body than a reg 4 spd, means moving shifter, crossmember both back same amount, shorten driveshaft same.
