1. I finished Passenger door shell assembly, trying to get the glass right.
2. Replaced right quarter window with new seal and new seal.
3. Replaced outer seal on drivers door window.
4. Removed drivers side quarter window.
Yesterday I took passenger fender off to align the door. While the fender was off, I welded the trim holes in the fender, today. Then I re installed the fender and aligned the gaps.
I pulled the low metal in the roof. Only problem I had was one of the studs I used to pull with left a hole. I welded up, it looks okay now. Moving forward trying to get it straight for paint.
I started to paint the new headliner that was a sandstone color but didn't match the sandstone color seats. The new paint is real close to the seats.There are some spots where it's not even, so I plan to brush the headliner before each coat to see if I can even it out.
I finished painting the headliner today. Looks pretty good.
