Here's a picture of the right front wheel on a dolley.

I needed to get the El Camino higher to drain the gas from lines around the engine.

78, With the tank out, remove the feed line from your fuel pump with a pan under it.

Thank you. I was wanting to drain all of the lines from the carburetor to the mechanical fuel pump. I’ll see if I can find a metal pan I can use.

Might be able to start it up and run it dry. Whoops I see now you started taking it apart.

Installed a new alternator. The Sniper digital display shows battery voltage because it requires 12 volts to operate properly. This bad boy was showing 14.3V at idle with the headlights and A/C on
