Hey guys

I have a tach and want to mount it on the upper right corner of my dash....here

http://m1138.photobucket.com/albumview/albums/chevykid95/1226111611a.jpg.html

Now the problem is the mount is a rounded edge and the corner is an angle. How do i mount it there? I was going to screw it in but i dont want to ruin my dash unless that is the last option. I was really wanting to mount it there and not on the column.

Thanks guys, and im a visual guy so any pics would be GREAT!

Thanks

Brandon

I squeezed the bottom of the mount so it was flat in a vice so it could be mounted on a dash. If you bought the sunpro one i'm thinking of for some wierd reason they stopped selling them with adapters to mount them flush to a flat surface.

Mines in the top right corner of the dash. It's screwed in the plastic but there's a metal plate under the plastic that it's drilled into

Sorry I don't, its in my friends impala now. The thin metal was fine, but don't try taking the pointy screw and just drilling it into the dash, it won't hold. You have to go through with a bolt and put a big washer and nut on the end.
