Anybody know what the little plastic pieces are called that sit at the top outside corners of the windows? Looks like their function is to hold the window up against the rubber seal. Is there anywhere I can buy them? The metal tabs are still there, but the pieces are gone.

I'll go through it again, but I don't think it mentions these. They are at the top of the window when it's rolled up, and they are attached to the car body, not the door. hanks for the link, though!
