I have only seen 1 other of these ever and it was in a junk yard and had about 400K miles on it. This thing looks like it is in amazing shape with only 40K miles and factory AC. Just thought it was kinda cool...

Just thought it was kind of a cool... not so common item. 5500 seems a bit much for it though, I would think more like 3500 - 4000, but that's just me.

I didn't see you were in Florida. I found the one in the junk yard... U-Pull it down by the Hard Rock Casino in SoFla. I miss you U-Pull it! There isn't a single place like it up here. All yards are inventoried and you pick up your part at the front desk.

they're neat - a buddy had one back in the 80s, in CO there were a lot of 'em around town in denver. but like most of those little dodge cars back then, they had a falling apart problem. my buddy was a bit of a car guy and kept on top of it. maint. parts might be hard to get these days though.

plus they had the 2.2 4 cyl. yes, only a 4, but dodge and the aftermarket made TONS of hop up parts for these motors!! They put them in 1/4 midgets and stuff like that, 2-300 hp. made an omni-sized car quite peppy!

Take one of the Chargers that Carroll Shelby built in that day and should be better. They did fall apart a lot. Army had a lot of those Omni's and Rampage in the 80 (government bailout?) Army bought a lot of Dodge stuff. Most were junkers from the factory and then that ugly light green.

when i was in school my buddy had one of those, nobody wanted to ride in it, that one looks clean, but they are still ugly/slow/fwd.................

but on the flip side they got a zillion miles per gallon.

That's what we've been looking for---I need a mini Carlos to take to car shows! How cool would that be? My step father had one, and it was a blast to drive.

Ah... WAY to expensive just like I thought. I just saw one sell on ebay with something like 19K original miles for $3800.

I like that little Rampage and would not mind owning one . For those that have not seen it , go to El Corvino`s first post , click on the link to the work he has done on his El Camino build . Very well done !
