Hello everyone, I converted to four wheel discs. I have a problem with my brakes locking up after driving for a few miles. I repositioned the brake lines thinking they were too close to the engine but that only gave me a few extra miles. Any ideas on what this could be? I finally finished the car after two years but cannot go far. All ideas very welcomed. thanks

There is a prop valve for disc/drum and a prop valve for disc/disc. Disc brakes require a lot more line pressure to work well, so the right prop valve is essential!
The brakes locking after a few miles of driving sounds like the master cylinder is pre-loaded. You need to make sure that the rod that depresses the master cylinder piston is not pushing on that piston even slightly when your foot isn't on the brakes. there may be adjustment at the booster (assuming they are power disc.) Also adjustment at the pedal. Be sure the pedal linkage is in the right brake pedal hole, and the correct push rod (length) is being used.
