If I have a commitment prior, I'll have a 305 HO with a Rochester 4 barrel and a 350 transmission. All I need is enough $ for a hotel room and some gas as payment. I might also have some brake components (79 El Camino rear drums and front rotors/calipers) in used condition.

Deanna,I've got a fan shroud for you.
I'd bought it for Carlos, but I'm not going to bother changing my duct taped fan shroud. It's just taking up space in my closet. I bought it used, but it's in good shape-no breaks or cracks. It's yours!I've got you covered!

I have a few things I would like to sell.

I have 3 Torq-Thrust D American Racing wheels, they or 16 by 8" wide. I got them from Jegs.
1 has a all most new tire. The other do not have tires on them. 25$ each

1 black seat Eite Series 1100 for 25$.

A dark blue 1987 El Camino dash with wiring harness. The dash pad does have cracks in it.
I think all of the gages work. 100$ for every thing.

I have some door panels I would like to sell. A pare of dark blue, White out of a Monty Carlo,a tan set I think.

A set of 14" steel El Camino wheels if any one wants them, free.:texas:

Shifter

Let me tell you guys what I want, then you can tell me what you have.

I want an automatic floor shifter with ability to shift 1 gear at a time by just push forward real quick. I can only use 1 hand so letting go of steering wheel "MUST" be for a second or two, long enough to bump shifter. I am not rich so please be reasonable in price. (I know you all are fellow Elky owners so you will):nanawrench:

Well, the engine, tranny, etc. is sold. I called the guys doing the swap telling them to palletize it for me since I was going to sell it. The manager asked me how much, and I stupidly told them the same rice I was going to let it go to you all for; needless to say one of the mechs snatched up that deal. Unfortunate for TheElkyMan (sorry, but I probably won't wind up not making it anyway), but at least now if I do make it, I don't have to figure out how to strap it down in a cruck that is mainly intended as a show and shine not a parts hauler.

To tsunamigregg: That is quite alright guy. I'm actually glad for you. I wouldn't know how to get it home anyway. Should have doubled the price, still would have been a bargain. Hindsight, right? Sorry you may not make it.
Yeah. The moment I told him the price on the phone, I rolled my eyes knowing I just blew it. It's still worth it just to know I don't have to worry about toting it around.

Ok, this is gonna give the fellas something to roll their eyes about but I don't know what the part name is.... I need the drivers side door thing that makes the door stay open without being propped open. Since I already look silly, can someone tell me what that part is actually called? :dontknow:
